Goddess Activation Circle with Cacao, Breathwork & Heart songs

Welcome to a gathering celebrating our sacred feminine essence with Cacao, Heart songs, Breathwork and Sensual activation to ignite the Goddess within. This will be a safe and supportive sisterhood circle, lighting up the November gloom.

You will be guided by Nina Medicina and Sandra Louise through a series of exercises, breathwork and heart songs. No previous experience is required, just come as you are. All of you is welcome in this space .

About the facilitators:

Nina Medicina: Nina is a Medicine Woman, Ceremonialist, Cacao and a Breathwork facilitator, and teacher. Nina is so passionate to share the healing wisdom of herbs, plants, and Ceremonial Cacao worldwide, combining it with her unique Ceremonial Breathwork. Nina is deeply passionate about working with women and activating their full potential. Her popular retreats, trainings and ceremonies blend breathwork, movement, Earth magic, herbal healing, cacao, and sound healing for profound transformations.

Sandra Louise: Sandra is a sex, love and relationship coach and breathwork facilitator, specializing in female sexuality and women's empowerment.

With a background as a yoga teacher, social entrepreneur, community builder and leadership facilitator, she has been diving into the divine world of Tantra and sacred sexuality the last six years, which she found to be the missing piece in her own spiritual and self development journey.

She is passionate about supporting women to step into their deepest aliveness and own their sensual and sexual power. She believes that the world will be a better place if we are supported to be fully liberated and shine in our raw truth and power.

She is trained in the VITA™ methodology (The Vital Integrated Tantric Approach). It is a method that takes the most effective teachings of modern neurobiology, holistic healing, and modern coaching, and blends them with ancient wisdom & teachings such as tantra and daoism.

Location: Ester Adele Studio, Södermalm- make sure that you dont walk into the square (torget) the entrance is on St paulsgatan and has a big orange sign. We will start to let people in 10 minutes before the activation starts)
