This is a block of ceremonial grade cacao that can easily be chopped with a knife and cutting board.  
This Cacao is sugar-free, and I recommend adding a sweetener of your choice. I love 2-4 fresh dates or 1- 2 tbsp of raw honey and a pinch of salt.
